Mr. Tianyuan Chen graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software, and completed his MBA at Tsinghua University. He began his career at the Head Office of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) in 1998, holding various roles within the Audit and Supervision Bureau and the Internal Audit Bureau of ICBC Group. Between 2007 and 2009, he took on significant responsibilities as Director at the Management Office and Information Analysis Department of the Internal Audit Bureau, and went on to serve as Managing Director at the Information Analysis Department of the Internal Audit Bureau between 2009 and 2022. In 2022, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager at the Internal Audit Bureau’s Direct Affiliated Branch. On 25 June 2026, Mr. Tianyuan Chen has been appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for the Information Technology Department and Operations Management Department and Deputy General Manager, to deputize General Manager duties in case of the absence of the General Manager, in ICBC Turkey Bank.

Mr. Hüseyin İmece graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1990 and started his professional career the same year at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, where he was promoted to Assistant General Manager in charge of Treasury in 1999. He also undertook the management of the bank’s Financial Institutions and Investor Relations department. In the same period, Mr. İmece acted as an Executive Board Member in the same bank’s local Portfolio Management, Leasing, Factoring and Real Estate Investment Trust subsidiaries, as well as foreign subsidiaries in Germany, Netherlands, Russia and Ireland. He served as member at the bank’s Asset-Liability Committee, as well as Technology, HR and Commercial Committees. He joined Tekstilbank in 2007 as AGM in charge of Treasury, where he oversaw physical, functional and procedural changes in the department, as well as establishment of Investor Relations department. In 2014, he played an active leading role in the bank’s sale to ICBC, one of world’s most prominent banks and the takeover has been successfully completed in 2015. Continuing at the same capacity after ICBC’s takeover, he contributed significantly to the orientation and integration process and worked on issues such as asset quality, profitability, risk and capital management. Mr. Hüseyin İmece has been decided to be assigned as Deputy Manager in order to deputize General Manager duties in case of the absence of the General Manager by the Board resolution as of July 3rd 2020. Treasury Management, Financial Control and Accounting, Investment Banking Departments and Executive Office General Secretariat Unit have been directly centralized to Mr. Hüseyin İmece. As Deputy General Manager, he deputized the duties of General Manager and natural Board Member between April 29th 2024 – December 10th 2024, at that time, he fulfilled duties as Vice Chairperson of Credit Committee and Member of Risk Management Committee of BoD

Mr. Oktay Nurata graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Management Engineering. He began his banking career in 1996 as an inspector at Esbank. Mr. Oktay Nurata joined ICBC Turkey in 2006, where he served as an inspector from 2006 to 2007, Credit Allocation Department Manager from 2007 to 2012, Credit Allocation Department Managing Director from 2012 to 2019, and Branch Manager from 2019 to 2023. He held the position of Credit Allocation Department Managing Director from 2023 to 2024. On May 31, 2024, he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager responsible for the Credit Risk Management and Legal Departments and Deputy General Manager, to act on behalf of the General Manager in his absence. Mr. Oktay Nurata holds CMB’s: Level 3, Corporate Governance Rating and Credit Rating Licenses.
